All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes, and such changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonar Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
